What you are buying

Sharp Form Style provides personal styling advice and, on the membership tiers, general fitness guidance. Everything is advisory: recommendations, plans and written blueprints. Clothing, alterations and gym memberships are bought by you, from third parties, at your own cost.

The Personal Style Report ($20) is a self-guided digital report generated from your assessment; it does not include consultation or ongoing advice. The Style Blueprint ($595) is a human-guided service: consultation, analysis and an advisor-reviewed wardrobe strategy. Occasion Styling covers one named event. Elevate and Concierge are ongoing memberships and require a completed Style Blueprint first — this is enforced at checkout, not just described here.

Fitness and nutrition scope

Fitness guidance is general programming for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

We do not provide prescriptive nutrition plans, calorie prescriptions, supplement protocols or advice for the management of any medical condition, eating disorder, pregnancy or injury.

Speak to your doctor before starting any new exercise programme. Tell us about injuries or conditions so we can adapt, and stop immediately and seek medical attention if something hurts. Participation is at your own risk.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information in your assessment and intake. Your blueprint is only as good as what you tell us about your proportions, budget, life and goals.

Keep your account credentials to yourself. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or used on behalf of another person.

Blueprints, member guides and written plans are for your own use. Please do not republish or redistribute them.

What we don't promise

Style and fitness outcomes depend on what you actually do. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, body composition, career result or timeline.

Retail links are suggestions. We do not control third-party stock, sizing, pricing or delivery, and we are not responsible for purchases you make from them.

Ending the relationship

You may cancel a membership at any time from your account. See the billing page for how cancellations, renewals and refunds work.

We may end an engagement where a client is abusive, where payment repeatedly fails, or where the work falls outside what we can responsibly advise on. Where we end it without cause mid-term, we refund the unused portion.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sharp Form Style operates.
